We are so lucky to have chosen Poppy as our wedding planner. She was the perfect fit for us a couple, we knew it the first time we met her over zoom. Easy to talk to, bubbly, professional and fun.
Our experience with Poppy was incredible - she is extremely diligent with getting things done with a sense of urgency, she has a great sense of style that she advised us on throughout to ensure we got the right vibes/look & feel we wanted, she worked on getting us the best suppliers to suit our needs/preferences/budget, she was a calming energy when things ever got stressful as they do, she kept everything smooth and was a complete dream!
To say we were blown away is an understatement! We opted for a dry hire venue which is always difficult to imagine how the vision will come to life at the end of it all, when we saw the venue come together with the furniture, candles, flowers, lighting, stationary, etc. it was just magical, I was in awe of how her and her team pulled this together - it was more than what we could of ever imagined and set the scene for an amazing evening.
Not only were we personally blown away, our guests on the day all came to us saying how lovely she was and how amazing everything looked. The day ran without any hitches, and if there were any (which I dont believe there were), we didnt know about them :) because she made sure we were stress free to enjoy our big day.
She is kind hearted and we truly believe she will sore to even further heights in this industry - thank you Poppy, can't recommend you enough!

If I could give Poppy 10 stars out of 5, I would. Booking our wedding venue was the first decision we made, but booking Poppy was the best.
In the beginning, other than our venue and date, my now-husband and I didn't have a very clear idea for the other details of our wedding. On top of that, we also didn't have the time and energy to center our lives on wedding planning. We came into the whole planning process with some anxiety, quite resigned to the possibility that we'd have to make steep lifestyle tradeoffs if we wanted to end up with a wedding that felt true to us while still maintaining our sanity.
Looking back now at the past year and more of working with Poppy, I am so happy and grateful to report that our perfect day came together in the most stress-free manner. From the initial design questionnaire through to creating our moodboard, recommending suppliers, giving her honest opinion on different price tiers, and more, Poppy was a true partner through it all and really took all the work off of our shoulders. Our friends would constantly check up on us with nervous smiles when asking how wedding planning was going, and they were always surprised with how nonchalant we were -- well, we just listen to Poppy, and she says everything is on track! I trusted Poppy's opinion because she really got to know who we were, what we valued, and I never felt pressured to go a certain way or compromise on any priorities. No matter the request, Poppy's response was pretty much always "leave it to me"... and Poppy always delivered.
We had an absolute blast on our wedding day without a care in the world because we knew Poppy & her team had everything under control. Now weeks after our wedding, I still joke with my husband that I'd be happy to do our wedding all over again and relive all those special moments... if we could still have Poppy help plan it all :)

We would highly recommend Poppy to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner! Poppy is so professional and highly organised; you would never worry that something wasn’t going to be done to perfection. She was brilliant at checking in with us regularly and offering advice whilst coordinating all of the logistics with the suppliers that she found for us to choose from.
Poppy is incredibly friendly and we really felt like she was putting her all into our wedding and that she truly cared about our happiness throughout the entire process and the day itself. The day itself was amazing and was better than we could have ever imagined. So much of this was down to Poppy’s professional, caring approach to everyone she came across- guest, supplier or family. If anything went wrong on the day, my husband and I had no idea because the whole thing felt seamlessly pulled together and was clearly so carefully planned. Couldn’t have managed it without her and she helped me stay sane :) we hired her a bit later in our wedding process and my only regret is not working with her sooner - she’s so organized and the Kin House team love working with her too! She never hesitated to answer my (MANY) questions and is very quick to respond. I’d hire her over and over again. Highly, highly recommend Poppy!!

Words cannot adequately express how wonderful Poppy is! I have to admit that when my daughter said she wanted to hire a wedding planner, I was a little (a LOT) skeptical. I'd heard so many stories about wedding planners being less than helpful. Poppy dispelled my doubts. She was incredible. My daughter and her now husband, who is Indian, had a four-day wedding extravaganza in three different venues outside of London. I live in southern California and my daughter was constantly on the go, mostly based in Seattle, WA. Poppy coordinated everything, from the venue, flowers, DJ, caterer, even buses to take our guests from one site to the other. Her recommendations were spot on. The days of the wedding, Poppy and her team seemed to be everywhere. I have never seen anyone so well organized and, at the same time, calm, cool and collected. On the final day of the wedding, my husband and I needed to have our speeches printed out. Poppy had a printer in her car! AND a stapler to make sure the pages stayed in order. No detail was too small to be addressed. Weddings are usually fraught occasions. My daughter's was picture perfect. Our guests were blown away. I give Poppy so much of the credit!! Needless to say, I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the amazing Poppy Brown!

We hired Poppy Sienna Events for on-the-day coordination of our wedding weekend in January. Poppy did so much for us in lead up to our wedding (definitely beyond what we expected) and she was so organised and calm throughout the whole process - we felt more at-ease from our very first phone call. The whole weekend was seamless and having Poppy there allowed us to fully relax and enjoy ourselves.
Nathan, who joined Poppy on the Saturday (our wedding day), was also absolutely wonderful. So professional, great with our guests and he even saved the day when my husband misplaced his hand-written speech moments before he was meant to give it!

My now husband and I booked Poppy for the on the day coordination for our wedding in August 2023. Having booked and liaised with all of our vendors ourselves we really wanted to feel relaxed on our wedding day knowing that the vendors were being managed expertly. We were so happy that we chose to partner with Poppy for our wedding. Not only did she come out to the venue months prior to the day to do a full walk through of the day with us (our day had very complex logistical elements including collecting all the guests at a riverbank side docking) but she also was on site at 9am the day before the wedding to familiarise herself and supervise the set up and meet the many other vendors we had hired. I think to highlight how brilliant Poppy is it's important to note that we faced SO many huge last minute challenges with our wedding (our fault entirely as we wanted it all!) and Poppy really masterfully ensured on the day those problems didn't reach my husband and I or our guests.
To name just a few examples:
. Weeks before the wedding we were told there was a 3000 person music festival taking place opposite our venue, Poppy calmed us down and talked us through the best way to negotiate and meet with the event organisers and in the end we didn't hear a peep from them all day.
.The gates outside the church to the gardens where our boat was docking were completely locked by the council even at the point we were saying out vows!!! We only found out afterwards that Poppy had rang every person at the local council and managed to have the gates unlocked and issue resolved before my husband and I had even stepped out the church.
. When our caterers forgot to load our champagne on the boat she coordinated stopping at our wedding venue on the cruise route to load up before anyone's glasses went empty.
Poppy and her team went over and above to ensure Alex and I had the day of our dreams and we are so grateful for her help. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to any couples planning their wedding! For on the day help or complete help with your wedding planning! We wish in retrospect we had booked her for the full process. Thank you Poppy and Team!

We worked with Poppy on our wedding this July and it's honestly hard to find words that explain how incredible she was from start to finish. Poppy is so warm, kind, patient, bubbly, and knowledgeable. From our very first call with her, it felt like speaking to a friend, putting any of our stress about wedding planning to ease. She is incredibly professional, has insane attention to detail, and you can tell she is so passionate about what she does. She also has a killer sense of style and helped suggest beautiful ideas or touches to make our day feel unique to us.Her connections, excitement for, and know-how of the wedding industry were invaluably helpful as we had a marquee wedding at a venue that required us to bring all of our suppliers in. In the year leading up to our big day, Poppy helped us create a timeline for hiring suppliers and walked us through the planning steps - making something that could be quite stressful feel easy and fun. She helped research suppliers for us, provided multiple fabulous options, and was an incredible liaison between us and our suppliers.When July rolled around we couldn't have been more ecstatic with the outcome of our day - everything looked incredible, and was SO organized. Neither of us felt anxious or nervous about the planning throughout the entire process, as we always knew Poppy would be on it. When it came to our wedding day, there were 40MPH gale winds that meant we had to change our entire ceremony and cocktail hour flow (and set-up) at the last minute. Poppy and her team were seamless in the changes and showed no sign of stress, which made us feel completely relaxed. Poppy and her team truly went above and beyond (with Poppy even holding our marquee shut while the wind kept the door flapping open!) Our guests and family couldn't stop raving about how wonderful she was and what an incredible job she did to make our day feel so special.I could continue, but overall, Poppy is an absolute rockstar and helped make our day perfect. She truly just "gets it" and is your wedding's biggest cheerleader. Her positivity and kind-heartedness is unmatched, and we just loved working with her! If you're thinking about a wedding planner, we could not recommend Poppy enough. Lucky for us, in the end, she's not just a wedding planner, she is a friend, and we're so lucky to have met and worked with her!
